14 December 2012 Kath Walters

Google's share price might be US$702 to Yahoo's US$19.36, but Yahoo's is heading up and Google's has been going down.

Most of the year, Yahoo spent see-sawing between $14 and $16 but there has been a steady trajectory up towards $20 since September when Marissa had her baby. in December, Yahoo launched a new mobile mail program that wasn't terrible.

Google has had a fantastic year, climbing from lows of $560 to as high as $750 per share, but in the months since October, the price has fallen back to its current $702.
