New leaders at the helm of troubled Paperlinx

Troubled paper company Paperlinx has appointed a new CEO and CFO.

David Allen, who has been heading the company in an interim capacity since August, is now permanent CEO. He replaced Toby Marchant, who resigned in June after a shareholder revolt failed to oust him. 

Paperlinx also announced Joost Smallenbroek, previously Paperlinx's European corporate finance director, would become the company's new CFO, effective immediately. Paperlinx's last CFO left last week after just seven months in the job
